The Dell Inspiron 1545 is a terrific laptop computer at a very affordable price.  With 4 GB of memory and a pentium dual core processor, it has more than enough horsepower to run most applications smoothly.

UPDATE: This laptop is currently on sale at Amazon through this link.

This laptop comes with Window 7 preinstalled, and has a 15.6 inch glossy LCD screen which offers exceptionally clear images. This feature-rich computer also includes stereo sound and a 1.3 megapixel webcam and perhaps one of the coolest features is the facial recognition software.

The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD delivers great image clarity and powerful color control that ensures images are not too dark or washed out.

In our opinion this is one of the best laptops you can get for this price range.
